About Equity List |
EquityList was started in 2007 to address the growing need for Home Buyers and Investors to create valuable partnerships. We take an education approach to empowering people to learn about the Equity Sharing process, find the right partnership and execute transactions. Our founders have helped many clients go through the Equity Sharing process and have used the process themselves to own real estate in the Bay Area.

Our mission is to educate and empower Home Buyers and Investors to co-own real estate by providing a partnership based matching and advisory service.

Our vision is to increase individual wealth creation through home ownership in the United States.
Location
EquityList is based in San Francisco and is currently focused on the San Francisco Bay Area during our beta phase. We are in the process of taking our service across the country!
