Who is qualified to participate in the
equity sharing process? |
Home Buyers
To be a qualified Home Buyer you will need the following:
• Ability to qualify for a home loan
• Ability to pay the monthly mortgage payment
• Ability to pay all other necessary monthly housing expenses
• Willingness to occupy the property
• A desire to work in partnership with an Investor(s)
• Ability to clearly communicate and dialogue with Investor(s)
Multiple Home Buyers are able to join together to purchase a property with an Investor(s). Each Home Buyer is required to occupy the property.
Investors
To be a qualified Investor you will need the following;
• Ability to contribute all or a majority of the down payment for purchase
• A desire to work in partnership with a qualified Home Buyer
• Ability to clearly communicate and dialogue with qualified Home Buyer
Investors are able to create Investor Groups to purchase property together. Often Investors participate in the Groups to reduce their initial investment, invest in multiple properties at once, and reduce their overall risk. |
