Education
We provide you with a step by step educational process to learn how Equity Sharing works and how to engage with an investor. We provide you both written and video content that will teach you how to use Equity Sharing. We also provide you with the tools to create your own profile and project plan so you are able to engage with qualified Investors.

Matching
We provide a platform for home Buyers and Investors to connect with each other. By using the website Home Buyers and Investors are able to create profiles, describe their goals and get matched based on their criteria. Think dating service for Home Buyers and Investors!
 
Advisor
We provide every Home Buyer and Investor with a personal Equity Share Advisor to walk them through the process from start to finish. This Advisor will conduct face-to-face planning sessions, phone conferences and personal consultation. Having worked with many Equity Sharing partnerships we believe strongly in the role of the Advisor and are typically able to meet the needs of a partnership in half the time they thought possible.
 
Equity Share Agreement
We provide each partnership with the legal Equity Share Agreement necessary to properly structure the transaction for legal and tax purposes.
 
Network of Certified Real Estate Professionals
We are committed to providing Home Buyers and Investors with Certified Real Estate Professionals. While you are not required to work with our Certified Real Estate Professionals we provide access to them when you need them. Our network of Certified Real Estate Professionals who are experts in the Equity Sharing process includes:

• Real Estate Appraisers

Cost of Service
Our Matching and Advisor services are free to both home buyers and investors. We charge a small fee at the end of the transaction for those who want to use the Equity Share Agreement (comparable to the cost of using an attorney). We provide each new Equity Share Agreement with the consultation for our in-house expert Attorneys who specialize on the Equity Sharing process.
